January 26, 2011

I've been a little stressed this last week or so with worrying about Parker and the findings on his X-ray he had done of his chest.  I went and got a copy of the report yesterday and it says: calcified granulomatous residual in lungs and degenerative osteophytosis in the spine.  I've tried calling the doctor to get some more information on it and they just tell me that the pulomonogist will look over it to make sure.  That appointment isn't until Feb 15th.  The waiting game.  I HATE it.  Parker seems fine but it needs to be addressed for sure to find out what it is or what caused it etc.  He also had blook work done which was a huge deal b/c he does not like it and Daddy had to sit on his lap and hold his arms so the nurse could draw the blood.  We are still waiting on those results from the lab.  So please pray for us and Parker that everything will be fine and it's nothing major.

Cyrelle seems to be doing great since her eye surgery in Dec. Her eyes are more focused and don't drift off quite as much.  She is doing well in school and loves going every day.  Completly opposite from her brother who would rather sleep till 9 and play than go to school. lol

Both kids are doing basketball and it is keeping Daddy and I very busy.  Mondays and Tuesdays are crazy at our house.  Sometimes we don't get a break until Thursdays or Saturdays.  Those are the days where there are no plans for any practices or church or anything.  But I enjoy watching them learn and have fun while at basketball so it's all worth it.

Please continue to pray for Travis' god son Hunter.  He's been having more seizures and it's been rough on him and the family.  But on a good note he has a 1st birthday coming up very soon.  He is such a cutie and a joy to be around.  He is truely a blessing from God.  Kisses Mr. Chubby Cheeks.

Please pray for the Saville family.  As for thier son Gabe passed away last june and today is his birthday and he would have been 2 years old.  They are a strong, loving family but the more prayers for them the better.

Please pray for Rachel & Aaron our new next door neighbors.  They moved in a few weeks before christmas and joined our heavenly father on 1/20/11 when in a car accident.  Rachael was only 18 yrs old and Aaron was 20.  Racheal had one child and they had a child together and another on the way.  They were hit by an 18wheeler on Hwy 67 in front our homes and died on impact along with Aarons father who was in the car with them.  Travis and I did not know them very well but were looking forward to meeting them since they were closer to our age.  I pray for them, the children and thier families that they can overcome this difficult time.

On a happier note.  My cousin is throwing a suprise party for my grandpa Ronnie on Sunday.  He will be 80 years old on Feb 4.  Such an amazing man.  Love you grandpa.

Well it seems this post is more prayer requests than anything but sometimes it is needed more than others.  And God hears all prayers and blessings have been answered.

Love you all,
Brittney
