Parmesan Pork Chop Receipe

I saw a version of this in my recipe book but changed a few things and it turned out great.  Parker words "MOMMY cooks the best!!" So it must be good it he eats it b/c he's my picky eater.

Stay tuned for more receipes.  I'm all about short prep times and crock pots/ovens :)

Parmesan Pork Chops

4 Boneless pork chops ½” thick
½ cup grated Parmesan or shaker
1 cup biscuit mix
½ cup seasoned break crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
2Tbsp olive oil
Couple dashes of rosemary

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bowl 1- Biscuit mix
Bowl 2- egg
Bowl 3- bread crumb, parmesan & Rosemary

Heat olive oil on medium heat then coat pork chops in biscuit mix, dip in egg mixture then coat in bread crumb mixture.

Place in pan with oil and brown both side of pork chop.

Then place on baking sheet (cover with foil & spray with cooking spray).

Bake for 20min on each side or until completely cooked through.

Enjoy!!!
