Over the weekend we were cleaning kids rooms and packing up the misc stuff they had. I decided to take a break and sat down on the end of Parker's bed where he started a sticker collection and then when we noticed we told him that he needed to try and remove them. Didn't work well. I guess since that point he has decided to make notes on the white parts. I was a little disturbed by these. I'm at a point where I want to help him as much as I can but I just don't know what to do. He is obviously having some huge issues still with his mother. And now she has decided to up and move to Quincy, IL and to top it off did it on the same weekend she told them she was going to see them and then moved and I guess she wasn't going to even tell them but they text her to ask why she never called to see them.
Travis and I asked him if he did write this and he said yes. I then asked him if he was upset and if his feelings were hurt. He said yes b/c of the way his "Mom" treats him. I feel horrible for him but I'm just stuck.
I'm so glad that I am there for them but I know it's just not exactly the same for them. They know I love them and care for them but when your biological mom isn't showing you the same effection back I'm sure it's not easy.
