Parker~ he's doing really well in school. His teachers are working with him to help him out in the classes and the other day he actually told me "I'm starting to like ready now" I was so happy. I knew he could if he tried but he's just so stourborn sometimes (like his daddy). Math is going good for him too. He's always got all his homework done by the time I get home. YAY!!!
Cyrelle~ She's doing great in school. She's our little book worm and would play school all day long. She's got some good friends and great teachers this year. Only thing we need to work on is turning that homework in on time. She will leave it in her binder for a week. So I started writing her notes on her hand to turn it in. Sometimes it work and sometimes well it don't lol.
Travis~ is doing good. He's still working in Jackson, MO which is about an hour and a half from our house so it makes for long days for him. He gets up about 4:30am and gets home between 6:30 & 7. He's such a great dad and a wonderful husband to put up with the drive for our family.
Me~ I'm good. Been busy with finishing up the Christmas shopping and trying to get the house orgainzed. I'm a perfectionist and it just annoy's me somtimes that things are not where they should be. We're looking into tearing our our kitchen soon. YIKES! It's old and dingy and I just don't like it. Plus it's got holes on the insides and that is where Cleo (our cat) like to get into and then he gets himself stuck then like before I had to ripe the cabinet completely out of the wall to get him out. If you look at the picture below of Cyrelle in her apron you'll see in the back ground the trash can/missing cabinet. Yep that's what we did to get the cat out. Darn animals I tell ya. Right now work is slow. The agent that was in our office quit so it's just me for now holding down the fort. It makes for a long day sometimes but just thankful I have a job in this economy.
Here are a few pics over the last few weeks so you can see the kiddo's growing.
This was our first "snow" on 12/5/11
Cyrelle wanted to cook dinner so she was the cook and I was the helper.
We had chicken nuggets, macaroni and corn. It was yummy.
Cyrelle and our fat Cleo Baby.
The kids says he's a momma's baby. All 13lbs of him.
Here is Cyrelle showing of her apron her grandma Collen made her.
She love it and wears it non stop. *cabinet missing.* lol
Not really sure what she was doing. We were already home for the night.
All I could do was yell for help. They were attacking me.
Parker face cracks me up. So dramatic.
Well if I don't post before Christmas we wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!
God Bless you.
Love,
The Burton Family
